On November 1st, the "Tianyi Divine Sword, Shanshui Chongqing" earthquake relief emergency communication drill was held in Chongqing. This drill simulated the communication disruption caused by a magnitude 7 earthquake in a certain area of Yubei District, Chongqing City. The emergency support team of China Telecom Southwest Region activated the emergency communication plan. Emergency rescue teams from Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Tibet, Chongqing and Henan quickly gathered and rushed to the disaster-stricken area. They joined forces with the 78156 Unit and the Jialing All-Region Company to carry out operations and eventually fully restored the communication network in the affected areas.
Our company's 8X8 all-terrain vehicles and 4X4 all-terrain vehicles, equipped with telecommunication equipment, made their debut and participated in the performance.
